Round Labs is a Counter-Strike 2 match analytics service, currently in a private beta. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Your Steam ID and public Steam profile (name and avatar) when you sign in with Steam. Steam never shares your password with us.
If you turn on automatic match import: your match-history authentication code and one match share code. They are stored privately, never shown again, and used only to find your new matches. You can remove them at any time in Setup.
Match data from the demo files of matches you played. A CS2 demo contains the in-game names, Steam IDs and actions of all ten players, so match reports include the other players too. We delete each demo file after reading it and keep only the statistics.
Your settings (language, whether your profile is public) and the practice notes you write.
Short-lived technical logs kept by our hosting providers to run and protect the service.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, show advertising, or use advertising trackers.
We share data only with the service providers below, and only to run Round Labs.
Service providers
Supabase (database and sign-in, United States), Vercel (website hosting) and Amazon Web Services (match processing, United States). Valve's Steam services provide sign-in and match data.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. There are no advertising cookies.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while you have an account. If you ask us to delete it, we delete your account, your saved codes and your notes. Statistics from matches you shared with other players stay in their reports.
Your rights
Under Brazil's LGPD and similar laws you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw permission you gave us. Email contact@roundlabs.net; we reply within 15 days.
Age
During the beta, Round Labs is for players aged 16 and over.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date, and tell signed-in users about important changes.
